Oops - just noticed as I work on the draft release notes and do the usual
checks for changes that affect compatibility:
We need to reorder the values of the {{GuacamoleProtocolCapability}} enum such
that the new constants from this change are added only to the end, as inserting
constants in the middle of the enum changes the integer values of established
constants (and causes the new constants to have the values of old established
ones).
