Can you confirm that you are definitely using version 1.4.0, and that your JDBC 
extension is definitely updated to 1.4.0? This issue was supposed to be fixed 
via GUACAMOLE-1261 which was part of the 1.4.0 release. I'll do some testing of 
my own to make sure, but if you could confirm that you are using that release 
that would be helpful.
