I appears that the download links have changed for directing users to the
closest download location.
Currently the website uses URLs that look like this:
https://apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/geode/1.15.2/apache-geode-1.15.2.tgz
The website needs to be migrated to the newer method of redirecting to the
closest download location. Here is a working URL for Geode 1.15.2:
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/geode/1.15.2/apache-geode-1.15.2.tgz
