Description: GfshRule needs to cleanup all processes it forks. It also
needs to save off all runtime artifacts such as logging, stats, pid files,
diskstores to enable debugging of test failures. (was: Enhance GfshRule for
debugging and prevention of test pollution. Update every test that uses
GfshRule to allow bigger changes to GfshRule as well as receiving the full
benefit of this major overhaul.
GfshRule does not currently save off artifacts for failed test runs. It also
leaves behind orphaned locator and server processes that were spawned by Gfsh.)
