Summary: CacheClientUpdaterStatistics can be improved

The CacheClientUpdaterStatistics should have a counter named "events" that is
incremented each time the updater thread receives an event from the queue.
It should also have a "eventProcessingTime" counter that measure total time
spent processing events.
