The original version of the PDX type id lookup code always assumed that class name was unique, just like the type ID, but the __GEMFIRE__JSON type invlidated that assumption. So, our original implementation of this was very, very fast and... incorrect. Now we have something which is correct for __GEMFIRE_JSON, but instead of _always_ finding the type locally in your benchmark, it _never_ finds the type locally, i.e. has to round-trip to the server every time, which gives us this huge performance hit.
