Fix Version/s: 1.9.0
Initially thought Apache had to make this change for us, but they recommended
doing it ourselves using a .htaccess file. Did that in the 'develop' branch,
which corresponds to the 1.9 code base.
Due to Apache's implementation of member project websites, the only way to test
the fix is to deploy it, so that's what we did. It works, so you could say it's
been fixed in 1.8, as far as the deployed website goes.
