Currently, the options {{mavenRepository}}, {{mavenUsername}}, and
{{mavenPassword}} may be specified by a Geode consumer to specify where maven
artifacts may be published. Given that a consumer may prefer to consume from
this location also, this logic should be extended to also apply to the {{maven
{ }} block where dependencies will be found.
