Evolving the {{CommandExector}} class/workflow; as we're refactoring more
classes, making the following changes seems appropriate:
- Have {{updateClusterConfig}} return a boolean value indicating whether a
change was made or not
- Have {{updateClusterConfig}} receive the {{ResultModel}} as input
