Description: The JMX manager only receives local Alerts for the default
AlertLevel. If you changeAlertLevel (see DistributedSystemMXBean), then remote
Alerts are received for the updated AlertLevel, but the JMX manager continues
to only receive locally generated Alerts at the default AlertLevel of SEVERE
(aka FATAL). (was: The JMX manager does not receive locally generated Alerts.
It only receives remotely generated Alerts.)
