GEODE-5531/GEODE-1507: Variable Substitution in GFSH (#2291)
* `Gfsh.executeCommand` now substitutes all variables (overriding
`AbstractShell.executeCommand`) before delegating
the execution to the parent class (as `Gfsh.executeScriptLine` does).
