Releases in ASF are *only* source releases. Binary artifacts may be provided
for convenience, but are not officially part of a release. For the first
release of geode-native, I recommend not providing binary artifacts so we can
focus on getting the source release correct.
I would also advocate that the geode-native release provides its own tarball
separate from the geode tarball.
