The docs clearly state that the .gfd extension is needed (both for gfsh export
and for import, which is where the error would occur if a file was renamed).
And the javadocs for RegionSnapshotService also state that the extension is
needed for the load (import). What is missing is this same info within the
CacheSnapshotService javadocs. Those javadocs should be updated.
