Description:
This method should add the lucene index to the region on the member that it is
invoked on.
This will involve adding the file region and adding the async event listener to
the region using an attributes mutator.
Acceptance:
After calling this method on all members that have the user region, the lucene
index should be useable - it should index new updates and users should be able
to query for data. Existing data does not need to be indexed as part of this
JIRA.
was:GEODE-3929 will introduce a new function to create an AEQ, listener and
fileAndChunkRegion. This function should also install the AEQ/listener onto
the region that the index is being created for.
