Summary: Old versions should be pulled down using the Apache maven

Currently, old versions of the product installs are pulled down from the Apache
Geode Mirrors. This can be a timely process for some. Instead, we will use a
maven repo to store the product in a zip. The geode old versions will have a
dependency on this new repo/zip.
The old version will still be unzipped into the build directory but that should
be a much shorter process than downloading the entire thing every time.
