This is the output when I try to export logs to a directory for which I do not
have permissions:

gfsh>export logs --dir=/abc
Error in executing
functioncom.gemstone.gemfire.management.internal.cli.functions.LogFileFunction

This is also the output on Windows for exporting logs to a directory with an
invalid name like the reserved name "CON". I think the output could be
improved to give a better explanation to the user.
