I mean something like Getting Started Guide or Developer Guide, not API. I
found that, Abobe LiveCycle Data Services Developer Guide contains all of this
information. But now BlazeDS is not a part of LCDS :) Maybe, it is a good idea
to create BlazeDs Developer Guide from LCDS docs.
