I noticed that CONTRIBUTING.md explains unit and integration tests, but it does
not clearly mention how to run the Cucumber E2E tests locally.
The E2E testing details already exist in the published docs:
https://fineract.apache.org/docs/current/#testing-cucumber
It would be helpful to add a short section in CONTRIBUTING.md that points
contributors to this documentation and briefly mentions the local run command
and prerequisites. This should make the E2E workflow easier to discover without
having to look through CI workflows first.
