The culprit is in CxfJaxwsAutoConfiguration
We have

beanFactory.getBeansOfType(CommonAnnotationBeanPostProcessor.class);

But by default it will call all factory beans which include
JAXWSSpringClientProxyFactoryBean to create jaxws client proxy to check if it's
a type of CommonAnnotationBeanPostProcessor, hence initialize the jaxws client
proxy and set address in an unwanted BeanFactoryPostProcessor and without
property placeholder getting resolved.
