We've built the tooling to do aggregations like this (including cost reporting) 
using just the current aurora + mesos json API.

I mirror Bill's comment on not having "nice to have" things like this in the 
aurora UI, especially because I feel it'd be very hard to solve everyone's use 
case.

Instead, we I'd like to enhance the API to provide the data needed (if there's 
a gap).
