Summary: Use more human friendly values for Update Settings on
update page

Right now the values for Update Settings are just the raw values from the
config. It would be nice if we translated those values into something more user
friendly. E.g. instead of:
MAX WAITING TIME FOR RUNNING 60000
We could show:
Max waiting time for running 60 seconds
Instead of showing true/false for rollback, we could show yes/no, etc.
