### What happened? I think "minimally activated compilers"/compilers 2.0.0 broke our CI. https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge.github.io/issues/2595 https://github.com/conda-forge/compilers-feedstock/pull/78 In some workflows I'm seeing things like missing packages (e.g. apparently binutils was implicitly installed before and isn't now), in others I'm seeing that CC/CXX isn't being set (i.e. we're picking up the system compiler and not conda-forge's). ### Stack Trace _No response_ ### How can we reproduce the bug? _No response_ ### Environment/Setup _No response_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
