### What feature or improvement would you like to see? If there's a command we need to run, it should be clearly documented. I used: ``` brew bump-formula-pr apache-arrow-adbc --tag apache-arrow-adbc-23 ``` However, I had to re-run this several times to get it to actually do something without immediately erroring. It seems a fresh install of Homebrew may need some runs to get fully initialized? Also, the command claims we don't need to run it. If so, we should describe what to do instead (e.g. link to a search of homebrew-core for PRs): ``` Error: Whoops, the apache-arrow-adbc formula has its version update pull requests automatically opened by BrewTestBot every ~3 hours!
