### Describe the enhancement requested The stale issues CI job isn't great here because it has both a limit to how many API calls it can make, and certain items (like old PRs) feel like they could be managed with a little nuance (e.g. if it's nearly ready to merge, seeing if we can just get it mergeable). I've had more luck just using a for loop for flag things and close things as as a user I have fewer API limitations.
