### What happened? It seems that that `AdbcError` `message` may not always be null terminated as I'm getting an AddressSanitizer error when attempting to copy its value. To cause this issue I'm using the PostgreSQL 1.9.0 driver obtained from `dbc`, then I'ms getting an option that doesn't exist called `username` using AdbcDatabaseSetOption. This returns an error string of: ``` (lldb) p error->message (char *) 0x0000604000108750 "[libpq] Unknown database option username" ``` But it seems like the error message is not properly null terminated.
