### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. In #46904 we added a bot which flags stale issues but it only flagged up a small number of issues due to a setting which prevents it from looking at more due to the risk of rate limiting using the GitHub API. We should increase this setting as we are nowhere near the limit.
