### Describe the enhancement requested The AWS SDK for C++ SDK version 1.11.609 fixes an issue where AWS Identity Center roles that contains an @ (at) symbol wouldn't work. I worked with the AWS SDK maintainers to fix the issue upstream, but I would need it to be picked up in the arrow project to close the gap on my side. I do have a work-around in place.
