### What would you like help with? When I download [adbc-snowflake-driver from pypi](https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/f3/5d/3a4496c35e72c5a6b15ceb57c9a5d30b5d7e45fa6c8b25a9d8db92ec4794/adbc_driver_snowflake-1.7.0-py3-none-manylinux1_x86_64.manylinux2014_x86_64.manylinux_2_17_x86_64.manylinux_2_5_x86_64.whl), I get a wheel file with version 1.14.1 as the go driver, yet main seems [to point to 1.16.0](https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/blob/main/go/adbc/go.mod#L30C1-L31C1).
