### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages,
version, and platform.
The R package currently does not export `MakeRConnectionOutputStream` and
`MakeRConnectionInputStream`, which are necessary to use
`RecordBatchStreamWriter` and `RecordBatchStreamWriter`.
