### Describe the enhancement requested `apache-arrow-X.Y.Z.tar.gz` from apache/arrow includes the Swift implementation but it's not usable from other projects. So I think that we can use any version for the first from apache/arrow-swift. But 21.0.0 may be better because we moved `swift/` in apache/arrow to apache/arrow-swift after the 20.0.0 release in apache/arrow. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
