### Describe the enhancement requested Currently, we use `ArrowSwift` for package name: https://github.com/apache/arrow-swift/blob/12d928f4d8d51aeb7355d946b8d3d7edaf465fff/Package.swift#L24 Should we use it for package name on Swift Package Index? I feel that including "Swift" is strange because it's redundant in Swift Package Index.
