### What feature or improvement would you like to see? In [the current CONTRIBUTING.md](https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/blob/f0d2151cd9343e1736d3d46fd450539d4e7f0289/CONTRIBUTING.md), some examples use `conda`. They seem to have just remained unchanged. Since the example in [environment-setup](https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#environment-setup) uses `mamba`, it would be clearer to make the other parts consistent. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
