### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. The DESCRIPTION file states: SystemRequirements: C++17; for AWS S3 support on Linux, libcurl and openssl (optional); cmake >= 3.16 But the actual build requirement is cmake >= 3.25. This causes build failures when users rely on the documented requirements.
