### What happened?
Similar to issue r/adbcsnowflake install failure #1529 I couldn't install
`adbcsnowflake` using `pak`, nor did the following work:
```r
remotes::install_github("apache/arrow-adbc/r/adbcdrivermanager", build =
FALSE)
remotes::install_github("apache/arrow-adbc/r/adbcsnowflake", build = FALSE)
```
After installing Go with homebrew it did work though.
```r

I am wondering what's the status on providing this package on CRAN.
