The [verify-rc-source-windows](https://github.com/ursacomputing/crossbow/actions/runs/15254528131/job/42898862517) job is currently failing due to exceeding the time limit of 60 minutes for the job. This started with these commits: - https://github.com/apache/arrow/compare/f27064399691129a47cc61f86118a8a3d5f8fbce...ef3b0efc01bdb4a5eff8c56e33b560e5a061cd0f We should probably take a look on whether it was already on the limit before or we have introduced something that has made those builds much slower.
