### Describe the usage question you have. Please include as many useful details as possible. we are unable to find any documentation or reference to convert data in arrow Table or arrow RecordBatch. Like in python we have pyarrow.RecordBatch.from_arrays in https://arrow.apache.org/docs/python/generated/pyarrow.RecordBatch.html.
