### Describe the enhancement requested Currently, the Flight protocol allows for only two options for the location URI: it can be left blank (or be `arrow-reuse-connection://`) or can contain the URI to a flight server that `DoGet` can be run against. We should expand the possible allowed schemes for the URI. Specifically we should extend it to allow object storage or making a GET request against an http URL.
