### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. MacPorts builds of pyarrow 19.0.1 are broken because the wheel has an incorrect version pyarrow-19.0.2.dev0+g07b05dad1.d20250319-cp312-cp312-macosx_14_0_arm64.whl is generated rather than something like pyarrow-19.0.1.dev0+g07b05dad1.d20250319-cp312-cp312-macosx_14_0_arm64.whl This causes a pre-destroot script to fail. ### Component(s) Python -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
