### Describe the enhancement requested Currently, we use https://github.com/ruby-gnome/native-package-installer to install Apache Arrow C++ and GLib automatically. I'm developing https://github.com/ruby-gnome/rubygems-requirements-system as the successor of https://github.com/ruby-gnome/rubygems-requirements-system. The important feature for us is that third-party APT/Yum repository support. We're distributing Apache Arrow C++ and GLib packages from our APT/Yum repositories because they aren't included in the official Debian/Ubuntu/RHEL/... repositories.
