### Describe the enhancement requested `dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh` verifies APT/Yum repositories in Docker containers: https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/c0e275e4c9a5f5a8b4e5c7181445301bb668d5e6/dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh#L183-L272 So we don't need to verify them on both of CI and local. For example, we can verify them on CI and check CI results on local.
