### Describe the enhancement requested While updating the arrow-cpp conda-forge feedstock to 19.0.1, a compilation error under MSVC was found that wasn't caught by our CI before being released, see https://github.com/conda-forge/arrow-cpp-feedstock/pull/1706. I think it would be good to assess what CI (GHA or crossbow) we could add that would have caught this before it was released. One theory proposed in https://github.com/conda-forge/arrow-cpp-feedstock/pull/1706 is that doing a non-unity build might catch this but it's also possible MSVC toolset versions may be involved. ### Component(s) C++, Continuous Integration, Developer Tools -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
