### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/45316 removed the Nuget bits from our binary task job but during the 19.0.1 post-release tasks I ran, ``` dev/release/post-03-binary.sh 19.0.1 1 ``` and got; ``` Don't know how to build task 'nuget:release' (See the list of available tasks with `rake --tasks`) ``` I think post-03-binary.sh just needs to be updated to remove the part that adds the now-removed `nuget:release` Rake task. ### Component(s) Release, C# -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
