   ### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, 
version, and platform.
   
   - Link to Arrow Flight SQL API documentation is broken. 
   - In https://arrow.apache.org/docs/java/flight_sql.html , the API 
documentation points to 
https://arrow.apache.org/docs/java/reference/org/apache/arrow/flight/sql/package-summary.html
 which is invalid.
