When submitting a [PR](https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/44965) for Issue #32671, (originally created as [ARROW-17401](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-17401)), the workflow Dev-PR failed. Specifically, the task Add Issue Link failed as shown [here](https://github.com/apache/arrow/actions/runs/12225207339/job/34098916333) with the error: `Error: Unhandled error: ReferenceError: getJiraInfo is not defined`.
