### Describe the enhancement requested The following file seems unnecessary: https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/main/header It seems like a stray file. It was added here: https://github.com/apache/arrow/commit/e7e399db5fc6913e67426514279f81766a0778d2 and was used at: https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/main/java/format/pom.xml but it does not seem to be used there anymore.
