Follow-up after https://github.com/apache/arrow-java/issues/420 as we are missing the necessary methods to construct these arrays conveniently on the Python side. Once there is a path to construct `pyarrow.Array` instances from a Python list of `datetime.time` for the various time types, we should activate the time types on `test_jvm_array` and ensure that we load them correctly from Java into Python. **Reporter**: [Uwe Korn](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-2605) / @xhochy #### Related issues: - [[Java/Python] in-process vector sharing from Java to Python](https://github.com/apache/arrow-java/issues/420) (is a child of) **Note**: *This issue was originally created as [ARROW-2605](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-2605).
