### Describe the enhancement requested There are some issues that happen randomly on Windows CI environment. There will be some initial enhancement to does not impact PR o expend time reviewing common issues: Proposal: Disable unit test case by case those does not run on Windows OS: - One of them are: TestBasicOperation.getStreamLargeBatch:274->test:316->test:334 IllegalState Memory was leaked by query.
