### Describe the enhancement requested To enable warnings to be considered as errors, we are enabling this in each module. In this process, we discovered that in the format module, we have to suppress the warnings against `flatbuffers.java` inclusion in the `module-info.java`. Even though we have already created a PR https://github.com/google/flatbuffers/pull/8367 to manage this. But it is still under review.
