[I] VariableWidthViewVectorBenchmarks [arrow]

   ### Describe the enhancement requested
   
   The performance of  VariableWidthViewVector is much slower than 
VariableWidthVector in some cases. `setZero` for overwriting is the bottleneck.
   ```
