[I] Failed building wheel for pyarrow [arrow]

   Here it is mentioned that cmake cannot find any instance of Visual Studio.
   But I have got my Visual Studio 17 2022 installed and set in sys path.
   I noticed that the command to run cmake to build pyarrow has a predefined 
generator of "Visual Studio 15 2017 Win64"
   
   Does it mean that i have to download Visual Studio 15 2017 Win64 to build 
pyarrow?
